Skin Manifestations of Autoimmune and Systemic Diseases

SCHALI^® Care–FA Rectal Suppositories are a female personal care hygiene product intended for hygiene and prevention of skin manifestations of autoimmune and systemic diseases. The product exerts general health beneficial and immunostimulatory effects, resulting in better cellular regeneration, strong antimicrobial and antitoxic protection.

PRODUCT FORM:

Lubricating prophylactic suppositories, 2g.

INGREDIENTS:

The product contains environmental friendly biocompatible ingredients of plant and mineral origin.

Cocoa butter, Bee glue, Chelidoni herba leaves extract, Camelliae Sinensis non fermentata folia extract, Shilajit, Griffoinia simplicifolia seed extract, Titanium dioxide.

MECHANISM OF ACTION:

Based on natural plant oils and butters, minerals and phytoextracts, the product dissolves slowly in the rectum, where it is absorbed by rectal mucosa and exerts anti-inflammatory and regenerating effects. The product acts locally by strengthening vascular walls and improving microcirculation in capillaries. Plant and mineral ingredients and their constituents act as free radicals scavengers, also promote cellular defence by stabilizing membranes (prevention of cellular damage), lysosomes (inhibition of autolysis), mitochondria, and nuclear structures, giving rise to long-lasting antioxidative and cytoprotective effects. In this way, plant and mineral antioxidative agents interact with antioxidant defensive system and induce inhibition of lipid peroxidation, resulting in total free radicals scavenge. Membrane-stabilizing and cytoprotective effects of plant antioxidants help in relieving many chronic inflammations.

Pharmacodynamics of the product is directed to suppression of the immunological aggression by affecting generation of pro-inflammatory cytokines (FNO-a, IL-1), removing toxins, scavenging free radicals, and stimulating cellular membranes.

By inactivating unsaturated chemical bonds in peptides, glycosides etc., titanium dioxide is capable to remove harmful infectious toxins, resulting in a strong antimicrobial and antibacterial effect and in a quick relief of symptoms of different pathological conditions and inflammations. Photodynamic processes, induced by QD SCHALI^® titanium dioxide, enhance cellular energy exchange, metabolism and both blood and oxygen supply, help in alleviating pain, oedema, irritation, and improve in this way human adaptation level.

Constituents of chamomile flowers (essential oils, chamazulene, apigenin, glycosides, coumarins, phytosterols, vitamin C, nicotinic acid) exert a strong anti-inflammatory effect by inhibiting ferments - cyclooxygenase and lipoxygenase. As the result, generation of prostaglandin and leukotriene is significantly lower.

Shilajit is capable of lowering capillary reactivity, regulating vascular penetrability, reducing exudation and oedema in tissues, stabilizing cellular membranes.

Celandine may induce non-specific immune reactions and restore suppressed immunity, strengthen natural resistance, increase phagocytosis and efficiency of T- and B- immune cells.

Regular use of the product promotes removal of toxins and salts of heavy metals, inhibits lipid peroxidation and supports systemic anti-inflammatory effects.

The product may be used as a prophylactic agent and for monotherapy in scope of immune rehabilitation, particularly in case of incomplete recovery, in complex therapy of autoimmune and systemic diseases, also while combined with antibiotic and antiviral drugs. The product may enhance cellular metabolism and synergistically intensify action of therapeutic agents, leading to a shorter time of treatment.

METHOD OF USE:

For rectal use only.

Take the product out of the package with clean hands and insert, pointed end first, into the rectum, while lying on your side. Apply one suppository 2 times a day for one month. Extend your course of treatment up to 90 days, if necessary.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not use during pregnancy.
No other contraindications detected.

STORAGE CONDITIONS:

Keep the product in a dark cool place at the temperature between +4^°С and 15^°С.

SHELF LIFE:

Shelf life is 2 years from the date of production.
Do not use the product after expiration of the date of production, specified on the package
